This explains what RepairVector collects, how we use it, and your choices. RepairVector is a professional tool for automotive repair shops and technicians.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, shop/business name, and login credentials.
• Usage data: how you use the app — features accessed and diagnostic activity — which we use to run, secure, and meter your subscription.
• Information you enter: vehicle details, trouble codes, and notes you put into the app.
• Payment info: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.

How we use it To provide and operate RepairVector, process your subscription, support you, improve the product, and keep the service secure.

AI processing: Diagnostic queries you make are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate results. We may use diagnostic data to improve the accuracy of our service.

Sharing We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run RepairVector — for example Stripe (payments), Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting and login), and our AI provider (diagnostic processing) — and where required by law.

Retention We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices You can access, update, or delete your account information, or ask us to delete your data, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we honor those requests.

Security We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children RepairVector is a professional tool and isn't directed to anyone under 18.

Changes We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
